I am 32 years old...I have this shoulder back pain for almost 9 months now...the pain hurt like burning sensation mostly when i am relaxing and also feel sometime as if i am dizzying...Please is there anyone on my age bracket that has such pain on his or shoulder let me know what you use to reduce this pain
Do you have muscle knots? Try getting massages or use a foam roller to release trigger points. Apply ointment, and you can even try ice packs.
