Shoulder injury since December. limited PT helps. aged 40

I suffered what was called aacromium strain playing hockey in December. I've been downgraded by the army reserves and , though some Pt has helped, I'm still in pain and the NHS has signed me well due to the improvement in my range of motion. However, im not deployable and when I helped move a 15k box less than 1 metre, I couldn't move my arm at all. Basically, I'm on a 6 month period where by, I can call the Pt NHS as I'm not entitled to regular treatment as a reservist and have basically been told to avoid heavy lifting. clearly, by not being able to move my arm, It hasn't healed right nine months down the line. I feel that I've been left hung and dry by the pt and due for a medical grading in Sept that, in reality won't upgrade me. Any advice appreciated

If you have "work restrictions" why haven't they been followed?

ps it might be time for you to talk to a personal injury attorney although playing hockey was done on your own time.  .
