2 1/2 months post op tendon repair and now I'm having a terrible pain when I move my arm certain ways almost like it's catching. I stopped my PT and have been icing but it just hits me all of a sudden and I don't know what to do. has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions for me? I'm feeling very frustrated
Even with physical therapy scar tissue can form and tendons can have problems gliding. This is that catching feeling u get.
Not sure what ice will do, I think heat may be better.
