Hi all, can Sjogren's cause SIADH (syndrome of inappropriate

secretion of ADH)?

I have no idea as to the answer to your question but I'm interested in your reason for asking.

Hi shira, the reason I'm asking is that my bloods kept showing

that I had low sodium. I had some tests done and SIADH

seems to be the cause. The next step is to find the cause of

the SIADH.

I think I once read that hypo functioning of the adrenal glands could cause both low sodium and mimic Sjogren's....something to consider.
