Sounds identical to what I was going through.. I actually collapsed to the ground a few times because of it.. It was trapped wind pushing up against the chest cavity.. They thought it was my heart as well and I had a angio and 2 heart monitors and serveal blood tests and there was nothing wrong with my heart.. Colonoscopies revealed some inflammation of the small intestines which apparently had cleared up by the 2nd colonoscopy I had done several months later.
In the end I stopped taking the stupid omeprozole they prescribed me and started eating healthily and taking probiotics in the morning and digestive enzymes with my meals and things started to clear up.. The upper issues were the 1st to clear up.
I also take, Turmeric, L-glutamine, Vitamin C, B Complex, Cod liver oil supplements.
I use extra virgin olive oil with all my foods and I spinkle cayenne pepper on things often as it's a great intestine healer.
What is the doctor saying? Have you got a next step or have you not seen them yet?
I hear all of this. You are not alone. I often fall asleep and do not see it coming. I put alarms on to stop it but then sleep through it. I remember taking my alarm in to my doc who said maybe it was not loud enough so put it on for 5 mins and we forgot about it and then 5 mins in he jumped out of his skin when it started vibrating like crazy and he said you sleep thought that. I said yes. He said I must be depressed. My friends said dead so depressed is an improvement. It is a sonic boom and I have 2 of them. I get pain just under my rib cage on the right hand side. Stress makes it worse for me and I have been diagnosed as a person with anxiety. Off to bed now before I fall asleep here
Yes.. Hi, I only recieved a notification to say you'd replied to this reply (I guess because you posted from your other account before it didn't notify anybody of an update because it wasn't directed at anybody). Oh well. I'm just having a think what to write as I don't want to write an essay and will respond shortly.
