Westhroid-P (aka 'Westhroid' is made from porcine thyroid) has the least fillers. Porcine means from pig. There are also natural desiccated thyroid meds from cows (bovine). I take one named ThyroGold which also has no fillers and can be obtained without a prescription. There is also Thyrois S.
