Can side effects of citalopram start after 2 weeks of taking it?
Yes. Expect anything with the meds. When I started it years ago I had one side effect one week, another the week after and so on. People do get different experiences.

Hi Alison, there is no true telling when and how much and if any side effects one person will have from the next, however if I can give you some positive perspective I had very minor side effects in comparison to the symptoms I had of depression most days I didnt really think much about them. xx
Yes! I'm on week 3, n still having ups n downs. Anxiety. One day I'm OK, then stuck on my couch for two days, then have an OK day. Seems like side effects come n go. It's weird. Everyone says to stick with it, it will get better in a few more weeks. That's my experience so far. Im sticking it out, n hoping it's worth it.
