I started orlistat 4 days ago and I know this may sound strange but waited for the obvious side effect of spending a lot of time on the lol and it hasn't happened! Is this normal or is something not working, does anyone know?
I am exactly the same. I have eaten chip shop chips, chocolate and cake. Although I am aware that apart from the full portion of chips, everything else has been a small piece.
So far no stomach upset or episodes on the toilet although I am going more frequently than before.
Ok its not just me then, i have been eating a bit better but so
maybe its just taking time.

Oh it will come don't worry! Takes a while to work but when it does you'll know about it if you don't eat right. Just be careful xx
