side pain after 3month kidney stone removal

Hi

I had my kidney stone removed 3 month ago and jj stent removed a week after.

Now im having altenate day of lemonade to ensure no recurring stone. My stone was quite big, 6x 7mm approx. On the right kidney.

Now my worry is...  im having the  side pain on my right side.. same spot like before with milder pain. 

Previously i waited till i cannot walk or stand to seek the gp, and thats made my stone travelled to the end side of urethra. If i had gone earlier, probably the gp still able to use laser to break the stone..and i dont have to hassle on recovery phase with some stent inside ur urethra for a week.. not so comfortable...

Is it possible for me to have the stone recurrence after 3 month removal?? Or is it because of my stent? probably the stent leave me some mark on the kidney..?

It wont be from you stent more likely you have another stone, you will need to go back to your GP to get you another scan. You should alsobask about the scan that looks into your kidneys as they will be able to tell if you have more inside there! Ive still got my stent ( in for 6 weeks)

Did they scan to see how many stones you have in your kidney?  I have/had over 50 and was passing them weekly - so it's possible to have them again.
