"Sign in page" is misleading

I have registered for the forums with no problems, but when I came back, I tried to sign in and it offered:

"Sign in" "as a patient", "as a provider" and  only farther below - "forums".

I couldn't have guessed that "as a patient" is not for me and that the forums have a different login than "as a patient". This is very confusing.

The designers of the site - I recommend that you make it much clearer for forum users where they should login.

You are absolutely right Max, it isn't immediately obvious where to sign in but, we got there!!

Even so it would be good to make it clearer, more intuitive. We cannot know how many have given up in disgust and been lost to the forum.

Hi,

I'm not sure what the issue is here but if users can let me know the problem I can pass on as required. The sign in for the forums is as in the image below so you can either use the Sign in drop down and select forums or go to the forums and use the sign in box in the right sidebar.

Regards,

Alan

Hi Max

It is easy, really.  Just hit, "remember me" and you won't have to sign in again.  Or, just hit the down arrow to "patient.info" and it will take you to the fourms.  I usually go to "my discussions" and hit one of them and it opens up my page with my messages and everything else.  Good luck
