Hi,

I'm only 17, but I'm very aware that my penis is not right. I've never been able to pull the foreskin off the head of my penis and I hadn't really considered it to be a problem.

But more recently, I've seen other problems.

Often when my penis is in it's natural state, I find smegma down that has reached the tip of my penis. I understand this is natural, but it never happened before and it sometimes causes me pain. It has been better over the last few weeks.

Another problem is that I have spots underneath by foreskin, which I do not know what they are. One spot seemed to turn into a growth, and I went into the shower and squeezed it, which reduced it in size. But today, the growth popped and a hole appeared in the foreskin, with a tiny bit of blood being released. Considering I have spots all over my foreskin, I do wonder if they'll become holes and damage my penis.

Can anybody explain what is happening?

I don't really understand what's happening here, except that it sounds like you have phimosis and you probably have some sort of infection.  I definitely don't understand how you can have a hole in your foreskin.

You really really need to see a doc though.  This is not a body part where you should ignore problems, even if they might be embarrassing to show a doctor.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could to go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - search for "GUM clinic near me" for details.
