I meant to ask does anyone ever have silken tofu, i used to eat it a lot in my younger days, but cannot find it anymore, i can get the tofu you cook with, but i want to use it in my smothies.
Many thanks Margaret

I do not see yogurt with my online investigation of Amazon. But I do see it @ Walmart. Don't know if you are in the States and close to one. Below is a recipe suggested by an enthusiast.
I've been buying Wildwood's unsweetened plain soy yogurt for a while -- which I love. Then the other day I ran out and wondered if I could make my own soy yogurt with silken tofu. Turns out I absolutely can -- and for a fraction of the price!

I have got it from Tesco. Ask at the customer information desk if they have stopped stocking it. The other place I get it is at Chinese supermarket. There must be one in Leeds surely. Chinese/Indian/Japanese.
