Let me first provide some detail. I am a 20 year old male. I have had 2 sex partners in the past 3 months, 1 a month ago and 1 3 months ago. I have not experienced any symptoms until the day after I had masturbated and noticed a single red circle on my penis head. It appears to have a slight yellow under the skin but it is mainly red and painless. Also barely raised. However it does not fully look like a wart, more like a circle 3 mm in diameter that is really stressing me out. I have read a lot about genital warts and this is what I am scared of. I am uninsured and family cannot afford insurance
Also I had been very busy working for the past 3 days and had just showered today. If I stretch the skin I can see a yellowish point underneath the skin that would normally indicate a pimple but I don't know. It's not painful like a pimple and I've never gotten one there

I'm not a doctor, but it doesn't look like warts to me. It's probably nothing serious, but why not see a doctor and get it checked? I had something similar, but a lot smaller and was diagnosed as lichen planus. Applied dermovate cream and now it's gone. If it doesn't go away, go see a dr.
Been 36 hours since I noticed it, also it has a different skin texture and feels like loose skin. Hasn't gotten better.

My primary said it was nothing to be concerned about. Not an infection. Im just hoping it disapers sometime.
