Single Tiny Red Spot on Head of Penis, can it be sign of penile cancer???

there is a tiny red spot on head of my penis. it is circle, approximately 1 mm in diameteri, It's not blaring red but enough to be noticeable from the surrounding skin. It's not elevated; same level as the surrounding skin just red ; painless and no symtom at all

i had oral sex about a month ago

i am so worried now, i dont know if it's a sign of penile cancer. please help me!

It’s very unlikely that it could be cancer. Just check it now and then and if it changes or grows see a doctor.

i search that the first stage of penile cancer develope under skin of penis, and some site say that only one tiny red spot is a sign

Some sites say a yawn is a sign of cancer. Can't believe everything on the internet.

Any luck ? I  color change on my penis head and scared  penis cancer , does you color look like my post
