Singular skin/white-ish raised dot on penis shaft

For the last week and a half I have had one singular raised dot on my penis shaft close to the top. It is kinda skin coloured/white-ish and is raised and then round. I really can't find any pictures that look similar to what I have. I noticed it straight after sex with someone I trust, I have had sex with 2 unprotected partners a few months before that. 

Please come someone give me a rough idea as to what they think as I'm freaking out that I may have an STI and go through the humility of telling people.

If you always wear a condom, in future, maybe you don’t have to tell them? Anyway I think it’s unlikely to be infectious. If you are concerned, best to see a doc or sexual health clinic nurse.

No it's a lot smaller,  about the size of a needle head.
