Does anyone know how long it take for things to settle down when upping dose it's my 4th day of upping and anxitey Sky high

Don, just through them in the trash!! seriously they did me more harm than good, side effects and weight gain horrendous!! I was on them for 18 months, came off them 2 months ago, feel much better now, although the first few days were a bit strange, btw. I was on 150mg daily, hope this helps, good luck,

remember it takes 4 to 5 weeks for your body to adjust. Do you have anything else to take for your anxiety while the meds take effect? Do not go off them on your own. Only under a drs care.
we are practically in the same boat. Tmrw will be a week for me after upping. Today I am really tired. No energy but it will pass. Do you know why your so anxious?

Can get my head round why I'm so anxious just think it though upping the dose but did have a drink Saturday (wish I didnt) I'm taking propanadol as well
As you know not a good idea to drink while on these meds. You will get there. Patience. I know it is difficult. Keep the faith.
