Have sjogrens with neripathy in feet legs hands also have , eye involment also have periductal fibrosus
Hi I have Behcet's - similar to Sjogren's. Just had what felt like neuropathy in my feet and legs. Was prescribed Plaquenil and it has drastically improved. May not be suitable for you because you have eye issues. Might be worth asking about.
Hi Kris.........I also have small fiber neuropathy in my lower legs and feet. This has been going on for about 5 years. Have weakness especially in my ankles. Feels like I have rubber bands around my ankles........
I see a neurologist in Phoenix and he's got me on Azathioprine 100 mg at night. I also take Amitriptylin 50 mg at night which helps with sleep and nerve pain. It's helped me so much and I sleep pretty good usually. Have really gotten worse for past 4 years and for that i'm very thankful.
Dry mouth is a big issue with me and so far haven't had any issues with my teeth and gums.
I'm 71 years old and really quite active. Golf a lot and try walking a couple miles a day and exercise on a stability ball that helps a lot I feel. Have to force myself to do these things. Would be much easier to sit around all day but won't let myself.
For my eyes I'm on Restatis twice a day which helps a lot.
