skin blood spots

My friend has skin blood spots shows on his body the spots very small,they are on the increase,no itching slightly protruding has any body has similar problem ,please advice thanks .

I have them, they vary in size and can look rather unsightly. Sometimes it looks as if I have been fighting with my cat. They come and go. They do not hurt though.

It could be nothing much or something he'll need medical help with. How long has he had them, what Medications or drugs he is on, stress, what is his environment like and pictures might help.

Thanks he has it for few years but now on the increase,He lives in Jordan ,today he will see a doctor will up date later,

That's great he is seeing a doctor. Hopefully he'll be fine.
