This has really begun to get to me mentally, especially considering the covid situation and not wanting to take the chance visiting a GP. hoping someone can shed some light on my issue here and let me know if its something to be concerned about.
Im 28 years old and have had no previous health issues, currently not sexually active and havent been for the last couple years.
I dont know the exact timeline but 6 months to a year ago i noticed a small bump on my shaft. didnt think much of it and figured it would eventually go away. It wasnt spreading and didnt have any sinister looking traits. to this day it is still there, i dont believe it has grown and if it has its at rate thats impossible to notice. It is skin coloured and mobile on the very top layer of the skin, smooth, with no pain, irritation or itching.
what has come to concern me is about 10-12 days ago my glans started making changes. I noticed purple-ish marks near the edge. Also what seems to look like a fungal ring, or discoloured marking in the same area with other little spots here and there (these are only seen in low lighting). after the second day of noticing this I woke up with a red rashy spot on the top of the glans, with the whole head looking almost textured and cracked. this got me to run to the drug store and grab some canesten oral/topical cream. i followed the fungal regimen for 7 days, and the rash seemed to calm, but i still have all the original discoloured markings, with almost a 3 toned textured glans... pasty white, pink, and purple. no pain or itching but i do feel as though it has been inflammed, warm to the touch and irritated. i wana say it hasnt gotten worse, but i also dont think its gotten much better. ive stopped using the fungal cream as i feel its not really fixing the issue, im now just washing with warm water and drying thoroughly for the last 2 days.
i should also mention that prior to and throughout this experience, i noticed i was urinating very frequently, and sometimes with cloudy results, and what i believe to be a stronger odour.
if this is something that could be linked to poor hygienic routine, that is possibly the case. I was masturbating once an evening prior to this, possibly too aggressively, and got into the habit of just going to bed without cleaning well at all. though i am circumcised, i feel as though i did get carried away and a bit lazy. this went on for a long time until now.
been so in my head about this that im either making myself sick, or im also feeling like i have low grade fevers on top of it.
could it be some sort of uti? balanitis from being careless? also whats with the bump... ive spent way too much time on google and convinced myself i have everything, so any opinion other than my own is greatly appreciated.

You really need to smarten up your hygiene routine, particularly as you recognise the approach you have after masturbation certainly won’t be helping - you need to clean far more regularly and following the production of pre-ejaculate and semen - get it sorted! I would also suggest washing after urination, it also sounds like you may have a urine infection - make sure you are drinking plenty of water, and yes this will make you urinate more often but may help flush the system of any low-level infections. Also, Cranberry juice can help with this and there are also treatments you can get from the likes of a pharmacy to treat urine infections.
I suggest you put much better hygiene practices in place and report back in 5 to 6 weeks time to say how things are at that time.
Although the photos are not clear to identify the bump it could be a normal bodily wart - at sometime in the future you may need to see a Dermatologist to get a diagnosis of what it actually is and discuss treatment options with them.
