i have a bright red rash under my arm. one side is more the other arm is very small. its not itchy or burning just a red rash. i also feel a burning sensation in the groin area but not the actual genitals (where the leg meets the body). i took a picture of the armpit maybe someone can let me know. im not on any medications now but i did finish taking some antivirals for cold sores i had. the anti viral was not good with me it gave me chest pains and triggered anxiety/depression. could this be related? or could this rash thing just be something completly different?
