One day as a kid in middle school I remember going to the bathroom and finding tiny dots over my penis. I am now in my 20’s and I find this extremely depressing at times. It affects my confidence. where as others easily can go off into the nude im always keeping clothing on. I have never gone to the doctor about it because honestly im not sure there is anything that can be done. I wanted to know if anyone has an idea of what could have caused this? I have been tested for HIV/Aids and STD’s and came back negative. it just sucks because it makes me worry that i will never find a partner because how do i explain to someone that I am fine and healthy when my penis looks like this?
when its erect it doesnt look so bad, when its non erect it tends to look a lot worse than it is. I did have a boyfriend one time who didn’t mind. but, to me its so hard to live with
