not really peeling but kind of dry, thought maybe a rash
when stretching the penis skin or erected .. the white areas appears like small white pinkish bumps are really close to eachother right ?!

You guys do not say how old you are and if you are sexual active. It looks like a rash of some kind. How do you guys clean your penis. Never use soap it will dry out the skin. It could be allergic reaction to something.
Get a fungal cream and try that. You should put something on it because you don’t know if it will get worse.

thank you ken for your response .. for me iam 30 yrs old and sexually active .. im using now antifungal lotion clotrimazole .. but its still doesnt get better ..
