Skin rash on face neck and chest

This showed up two days ago. Ive taken benadryl and have showered and waited a while to see if it will go away but it hasnt . not itchy or burning. some bumps on my forehead too.

I think its a viral rash and most viral rashes just disappear as quietly as they appeared. Have you had measles? If you start to feel unwell do consult a doctor and also if it spreads all over,but I think it may just clear in about 7-10 days. Benadryl may help if it becomes itchy.
