Ive had this constant itchy skin rash far a few years and it has gotten worse. i know i need to see a dr. but i keep putting it off. The itching is around the base of my penis, taint, amd inner butt checks area. It is constant and ive notice its the worst at night or when im laying down. I dont have any blisters on my penis. Ill itch so much i can peel off a layer of my skin. Anyways hope i can get some help. thanks
