i know it is listed as one of the side effects. but just wondering how common it is. has anyone noticed skin rash after taking orlistat? i havent lost any pounds but i have scarred myself all over my body due to rashes…
I have been taking orlistat for 6 weeks now and I have lost just over 1.5 stone are you drinking plenty of water and eating lots of fruit and veg ? buy yourself a fit bit and download the fitness pall and sync the two together you log every meal and it works out the calories and fat content I always try to stay under 10g of fat per meal .
Also never had any problems with any rashes either
I suppose you may have to either take less of the medication, lower the dosage, or change type of medication.
