Hello, i am 29 year old Male,I have been experiencing a random rash that has appeared on my lower back-side it started as small circle around 6 weeks ago and has gotten larger in size since, I never had any skin issues or rashes prior to this one.
You dont say whether it is itching? It looks very much like psoriasis,but you really need to see a doctor or dermatologist.In the mean time try using an emollient cream on it every night. If it makes it worse,then discontinue.
