i need your help please.
i have those skin rashes than appeared on my body 1.5 years ago.
it is always the same spots : sternum, neck , and some part of my face .
it is not permanent : it will stay 3-5 days and then nothing for 3-4 weeks . looks like it is getting worse .
i am 41, healthy and fit.
i had only one issue 1.5 / 2 years ago and it was acid reflux ( GERD ) due to my stomach but it is fixed now .
i have no allergy
i think it is linked to an inflamation maybe
does it itch? does the rash appear where you have shaved?
