So to add some context, I this flap of skin. when i stretch my legs fully it kinda feels hollow, its super soft and just kinda hangs there. I wonder if it was some sort of anal fissure or hemmoriod because I noticed it formed after I had blood in my stool. Also you cant see it in the photo but I noticed there is a very small hole (very tiny!) that is right next to it. And I am not sexually active. In addition, I am fully vaccinated (was not sure if this needed to be included or not). Either way I will be asking my doctor about this, I have a full body exam soon so it is the perfect opportunity. Just wanted to here other peoples thoughts!

Most of the haemorrhoids cause pain when you defecated
I don’t remember any long lasting pain. However I do remember I felt something so it was enough for me to turn around and see the blood in my stool. I also realized I have a bad habitat of “over-wiping” my anus (I have a fear of it being dirty), and I remember sometimes when I wiped to much the skin felt “raw.” I found something online that looks almost exactly like this called perianal skin tag. (might be spelling it wrong)
Does it itch? I have something like that sometimes and need to use water to wash to keep it from itching
Sometimes, however like you said it usually when I sweat a lot and its been a long day. I constantly shower so I try not to use too much friction in that area nowdays.
