i have had this for a while now not sure when it appeared for sure but its been a while i havent had sex in 2 years this is is the fold of my groin it is soft, not painful or itchy i dont think it looks like cauliflower could this be warts or is it a skin tag?
anyone have any idea?

if its in groin I’d probably say skin tag due to friction of underwear rubbing during wear.
