I have these bumps almost like a skin tag but on my genitals. I’m worried and confused about what it could be. I’ve never had sex so I don’t think it’s an std but idk what they could be. The bumps aren’t painful or itchy or anything and they just popped up out of nowhere. I’ve gotten like 2 yeast infections recently. Since I got the infection so close together I bought Summer's Eve Cleansing Wash for Sensitive Skin. Maybe I’m somewhat irritated by it or because of the yeast infection? I don’t know if maybe that has a role in them or what. The picture is right after using it and I look more red then usual plus ever crack and bump looks more detailed. But I also had a yeast infection when I took the pic. But I don’t want to visit the doctors if I’m just overreacting... after taking the pictures 2 more little “skin tags” popped up. Any advice or tip thank you! 
if youve never had sex or skin to skin contact then you can rule out stds…its more than likely just vestibular papillomatosis. i have it but mine looks different. i got vp after a bad yeast infection. or it could be a reaction to the wash u used. i would get get checked out just for a peace or mind.
