Skin tag type growth on vaginal opening (pic)

I just noticed this growth on my vaginal opening and I'm very nervous as to what it could be. does anyone have any ideas? I've been with the same partner for 4 years so I dont think it could be an std.

i dont think thats anything to worry about looks like a skin tag or benign growth

thank you! this makes me feel better. I have an appointment to get it looked at in a few weeks but it was give me anxiety!
