Is it normal to have skin tissue on my penis?

My friends said they ar completely smooth at area where the foreskin is supposed to be But I have weird wrinkles And I also have this weird line at

So yes, Prince has it right - the issue relates to the circumcision you had - what a foreskin provides is natural hydration for the foreskin itself, and the skin underneath it. You have never had this natural hydration since being circumcised. Many men, both circ’d and not get helpful hydration from liquid coconut oil (for use on skin, rather than specifically hair) - apply a very light coating after each time you shower and dry yourself. It can also be used as a lube for masturbation, again a light coating is all you need - be be aware you cannot use it for sex if you use condoms.
In terms of the aesthetics - I think I know what you are getting at: what you will need to do is to wait until you are around 26YOA, as your penis will continue to naturally develop until this age.
At that time you can go see a Urologist who can advise you on whether it would be possible to do ‘tidy-ups’ on making your upper-penis more aesthetically pleasing

I can not really see anything wrong from the pic to be honest.. I know it is weird but perhaps look up circumcised penis on google. you will see yours look pretty standard heh
