My problem started on august 25th and has been going on ever since. I had unprotected sexual intercourse with my girlfriend and fell asleep without properly cleaning myself. since then i've had what appears to me a a rotting penis. Its always moist, irritated, and trying to heal. When i first had the problem i was told it was blantitis. i was prescribed lotrimin and hydrocortizone in which i applied seperately for 2 weeks (1 week each) then together the third week. Since then i feel as if my skin probably thinned and its now causing a lot of irritation and pain. Its taking a toll on me, not a second goes by that i don't worry about whats wrong with me. Recently i've been cleaning with warm water, and i apply neosporin, vaseline or cocounut oil after. (i refuse to use a steroidFile size is too big cream now)
if anyone has had anything similar with some improvement, please let me know because im all ears.
