Skipping heartbeats

I am 50 year old I haven't seen a period in three. I have type of crazy symptoms skipping heartbeats, running in the ear, cant sleep sometime joint pain have any of you ladies dealing with any of these symptoms. hair thinning , bloating soon I eat how does this last.

2.5 years postmeno and 51. I have had skipping heart beats. Chelated magnesium was recommend on here to me. It works. Take it at night and it helps a little with sleep. I am a long time insomniac. Avoid caffeine. That makes skipping worse. If you get hot especially at night and/or have breast pain evening primrose works really well. It doesn’t work overnight but after a week or two its worth it. The tinnitus (ringing in the ears). I have it and I hate it. Never used to have it until a few years ago. I sleep with a sound machine, otherwise I would never sleep. A fan would do the same. I have never had my tinnitus checked out because I have been in for a myriad of other stuff. I see more of my NP and Gyno and specialists than I have of my family. (They live several states away).
I have arthritis pretty bad especially in my right knee. I just saw (referred to) a pro athletes sports med Dr. about my right knee. I had xrays before hand that showed significant arthritis. bone is lipping. It is very painful. Never had anything like this before. Achy joints, but yikes this is a whole new world of pain.
Got a special sleeve that fits over the knee works really well. Getting steroid injection next week (insurance requires it first cause it is cheapest) then a gel injection after a few months.
I asked him about taking glucosamine, he says it works for about 50% of the people. He recommended turmeric supplements and there is tea too.
Yes my hair is has thinned especially up front. It has also become more fine.

I’m no doctor but i can tell you others are experiencing the same thing you are. stay on this forum, it’s a huge eye opener as to the many symptoms of menopause! 66 symptoms!! feel better xo
