Sleep anxiety

So I have finally been able to grasp my health anxiety and stop those feelings. My anxiety in the day time is minimum now! But night is a whole different story. In the matter of a month I went from sleeping 12-8 to 3-8 in the morning or even an hour or two of sleep. 

My insomnia started when my anxiety did. But now I can’t get rid of it. I am tired when I lay down but my mind won’t let me sleep. Every time I doze off my mind will be like “sike, you have to stay awake”, and this cycle repeats constantly. I don’t know how to get rid of these feelings.

I try relaxing before bed, no help. I try meditating, no help. Nothing helps, I know it is my thoughts keeping me awake, I just don’t know how to get rid of it. 

take magnesium and go straight to bed.

Same here and it results in sensitivity to light

Hunny!!!!!  I feel like you just spoke my whole life to me .... I have been dealing with the the exact same thing for a month 

When I dose off I jump right back up in a panic also 

My doctor said try Benadryl at night 

First night I did it it worked maybe because I was exhausted from not sleeping 

2nd night it was a battle 

I kept telling  myself it's only aniexty
