Any tips on sleeping with anxiety I need sleep to get better and can't seem to get there
some lavender oil drops on your pillow or calmomile tea before bed

I do suffer with sleep when suffering anxiety spells bit not as often luckily, I think keeping active in the day helps you ware yourself out, try some kalm night tablets and warm milk or Horlicks can help or bath then bed to relax you before sleep.
I use lavender Epson salt it works great.
