I do not know if you are taking medications yet for your Anxiety.
In my case I use Amytryptalene for my condition. It is a AD medication and can help you sleep.
Discuss your sleep and anxiety with your GP, He may give medications to help with mood and sleep

Im in the third year too. I still get symptoms i think. Geez between ailments and anxiety its hard to tell whats what. But i get cold then warm. Weird. I used to just have heat flash here and there, sleep is effected. I tried melatonin but you have to be careful with sugar levels with that. Heres what i so know..magnessium foot soaks for 20-30 minutes and acuounture. I do listen to the radio at night..talk stuff not music and meditations. They somehow do knock me out to sleep.
The other thing is this might not be menapause. It might be unrelated so always good to check with your gp and maybe even an endocriniologist. I ended up at a rheamatoid dr. From from eyes. But they both check thyroids and such anyway.
Any meds you take check for that side effect. Might have to move their times of use.
our bodies change. They just do. So be sure to rule out hormones and such.
Actually im in the fourth year. Just thought about it.
