I slept 6 hours Sunday, and I woke up feeling great! So great! So happy! Just woke up, took a shower, got all nice and fine, went to church and just felt great! Yesterday I slept exactly 8 hours, and I felt like Crap! I felt nauseated, I felt anxious, i felt really sleepy, I just felt like total crap! These so called "experts" say it's bad to sleep 6 hours... it's just as bad as not sleeping... where the heck did they get that From!?

Generally we are all different and need various different amounts of sleep. Some people need six hours while others around about eight.
You also need to take in consideration the time you are going to bad and rising, Going to bed at the same time will help your sleep patern and also rising will be the same, having lies in can sometimes be counter productive. We are creatures of habit.
When young many children sleep longer while Pensioners seem to get up earlier and many sleep less.
