was considering going to the doctors to get something to help me sleep but bought some nytol instead had best nights sleep in ages only woke up once to go to the toilet 😀

Thanks for the tip, Sharon. I'm awaiting my op date for a TKR (s) and was dreading the sleepless nights.

I used Nytol in those first weeks and it helped.

did it make you feel groggy when you woke up??

No felt fine was so nice to get a nights sleep

Ok Sharon,  I am in Australia but I will be trying to

Sorry I am in Australia but I will be trying to get some nytol    I am three weeks post op. On my second knee first one only ten weeks ago.  Evening and nights are awful.  Still I am hanging in there and all will be good in time.

I am 10 weeks post op got an appointment in November to see the consultant about the other knee as that needs doing also you had yours done close together how are you managing

Hi Sharon,  I had eight weeks between ops.  At eight weeks my first knee was very good.  I think I might be the exception but maybe not.  If you are not having yours done until November you will be fine.  Mine seem to be almost identical with pain and restlessness and sleepless nights.  I just keep the end result in sight.   Evenings seem to be the worst but KBO.  Good luck with your second one.
