so i havent slept properly for a few days. but last night around 12am, i was talking to my mother while we were in bed and the next thing i know, i look at my mobile and its 4am. so it was pretty obvious i felt asleep but the weird thing was that i felt like i didnt. not because i felt tired or something but because i couldnt remember falling asleep. also i felt wide awake when i woke up as i i hadn't slept at all. i didnt have the usual grittiness or sleepiness in my eye that happens when you wake up. so what happened? did i get so tired that my brain just shut off or is it something else like brain tumor. also i have anxiety disorder
I'm sure you fell asleep. I doubt you passed out for 4 hours. I've had episodes like that. i think your brain is so worn out by anxiety that you just knock out
It's like when your reading a book and the next thing you know it's fell on your face just gone to sleep that's all
Yeah but when you wake up, you know that you slept because your head feels heavy or your eyes burn but i was completely awake. it was like blink i am awake at 12 and blink i am awake at 4.
