hello, recently noticed these marks on the under side of my penis and was curious to what they are. i previously thought they were ingrown hairs but they havent gone away. theyre flat to my skin and don't have any itching or other side effects.
I have just posted something very similar as well. mine seems to be underneath.
I am trying out a cream for Eczema & Dermatitis to see if it will help to clear it.
any progress/updates?
