Slightly tight foreskin days after sex

Hi, I'm very, very worried. About six days ago I had unprotected sex. The next day, my foreskin was tight/swollen, not painfully so, and I could still retract it fully, it was only a mild thing.

I noticed today that it's still slightly tight, only a bit less. I also noticed two small purple spots on my glans, right on the edge/rim, and they don't hurt and aren't rough. I could've sworn I've had these before but never paid much attention to them. I saw a GP earlier who said don't worry about them. What could cause them though?

I was wondering could the foreskin be a fungal infection, or some other STI?

Finally, 48 hours after being with her the roof of my mouth had a mild burning sensation. That made me paranoid about herpes. My lips started to feel the same one or two days later, but no sores have come up. GP said it couldve just been the chest infection, to be fair my lips did crack and bleed a little the same dat as the tingling.

Am I being paranoid?

Bump.

The best place to get a different Professional Medical opinion is to go to a Specialist Sexual Health Service to put your worries to rest.  If you are in the UK look up what services are available in the area you can easily travel to - most General Hospitals have a GUM Clinic (search for GUM Clinic near me) or many large cities have a Walk-in specialist Sexual Health Service do a search using - NHS - Sexual Health Service - then the city name you can travel to ..

The GP may well be right in the advice you have had so far, but the only wat to allay your anxieties is to get another opinion ......
