i joined slimming world a month now and its going ok but it a change of life style. has anyone done slimming world and how you got on with it.
I did SW for a while and have also done wgt w atchers and various other wgt loss regimes and eating plans - they all require a change of life style and life long commitment - once a wgt prob always a wgt prob and the losing it is the easy part - keeping it off is much much more difficult = diff organisations and eating regimes suit diff people - great that you are getting on ok with SW - good luck
