I've had this for a little over a month.
got std tested, everything came back negative.
It does not hurt or itch, but i do feel like it is slowly spreading around the area and become a little more visible.
It all started with my last sex experience, i had sex with the girl and got balantitis from not washing after an hour of having sex. then the veins appeared super small at first. Might be from the sex or masturbation with out lube, ever since they showed up doe i stopped masturbating often and when i did i always used lube. I keep my dick clean and it still nor going away.

Update: Ive stopped masturbating or even touching it more than necessary…
its been a couple weeks and although the veins and the glans still a little discoloured
it seems not as prominent as before. That is all for now
*coconut oil has helped aswell keep moisture and i heard it is antifungal and antibacterial.
