Does anyone know what is this ? I only got 1 of this red bump. Never had sex for 2 years. Thank you in advance

Hi, it looks like an ingrown hair or a cyst. The best thing to do is keep it clean with gentle unperfumed soap and wait for it to drain.

Only a doctor can confirm it but based on your sexual activity and by the appearance of the lump, I find it very unlikely to be an std.
