I've felt this small lump on the shaft of my penis since yesterday. it has not changed in size nor pain. when i squeeze it, it hurts just a little. i was thinking it could be from too much jerking off? any help would be much appreciated. i have regular sex but me or her do not have any STDs or STIs. picture included
