About a week ago I realized that i have a tiny bump on the shaft of my penis. I have no pain, nor itchiness, but sometimes my penis will feel a bit irritated for very small periods of time when I have underwear on. I have received oral sex for the first time about a month ago so I am not sure if this is genital herpes or something that I should be worried about. There has not been much "healing" within the past week. I've been up every night for the past week trying to figure out what this is and I am still not sure what it is. Please help.
i think that was fordyce spots which is normal no need to worry.

Jim, I suggest you start a New Discussion post as the main problem is, while symptoms look similar or exactly the same there are often a number of potential causes. The main dependancy is whether you are sexually active, and if so whether you always use protection .....
Same as mine. I have this small blister in my shaft. It's painful when rubbed but if not, can't feel any pain. Sometimes it's itchy but not totally itchy. My penis sometimes feels irritated for a small period of time when i have underwear on. I already talked to my doctor and asked about it but he didn't say it's herpes. *sigh . I hope someone can answer my problem.

Hello Josh, I had similar blisters on my shaft and glans, after several test and check up with negative results from the medical professionals and still couldn't identify what it was actually I was advised to result to self treatment. I started using Aloe Vera gel extracted from the plant itself (after reading about the plant itself) and applying it all over my penis twice a day (Morning and night), within 4 weeks all my blistered were gone and I did apply for extra couple of days too.
