are these small bumps normal all over the shaft of penis ??? 
They look like fordcye spots to me and are 100% normal and nothing to worry about, I have them too.
Those are Fordyce spots, Very common within men & sometimes women. especially the one’s you have pictured. Nothing to worry about, quite common and not as bad as mine!
