Small Bump on Labia Minora?

hello, i noticed this bump on my inner labia a couple days ago. it hurts to the touch and sometimes while sitting/walking but the vagina itself has no issues. i am diagnosed with genital herpes, but this doesnt appear to be herpes. i have not had a flare in over a year. cant get into my obgyn for a couple weeks and urgent care sent a swab to the lab for testing, i am still waiting on results. Should i still refrain from sexual intercourse? Have you experienced something like this? Any and all feedback is appreciated. (Bump is located directly below fingernail.)

did they hurt when you walked or peed? it’s kind of worrisome

When i first got them they were very itchy and when i wiped it hurt , but now it just itches
