Small bump on penis head

Hey,

I have a small bump on my penis glans since about a week. pic attached.

No pain no disconfort. It s very similar to the natural skin color and no texture.

i had unprotected sex a couple day before that but not a new partner a girl i see regularly for a while now.

Could this be from irritation ? What should i do ?

The photo is not clear enough to comment on.
So yes irritation could be an explanation - see if it fades away over the next 2 to 3 weeks is probably the only way forward, other than going to an STI / sexual health clinic
